Some seek out opportunities for happiness, others look for ways to add more meaning to their lives, and a growing number of people are engaging in new and interesting activities to foster more psychological richness. Conducted in collaboration with the University of Chicago, this study explores how psychological richness, happiness, and meaning contribute to successful aging in unique ways.
