Mather Institute, in partnership with Northwestern University, has designed a brief, evidence-based program specifically adapted for a busy workplace. Use it to build team members’ internal resources and foster stronger team connections. Delivered in just 5 to 10 minutes per week over four weeks (40 minutes total), it can be easily integrated into existing meetings.

"The average person spends over 90,000 hours at work during their lifetime, making workplace well-being an important consideration. Despite this, work-related stress is a rising concern, with 77% of US workers reporting feeling stressed at work in the past month."
