DISCOVER OLDER ADULTS’
SURPRISING RESILIENCE
Based on a survey of 500 older adults, these findings reveal some surprising details about how they found meaning and fulfillment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic and associated restrictions had an unprecedented impact on older adults’ routines, access to social supports, and stress levels. However, this study finds that, on average, respondents experienced low levels of depression, loneliness, and poor sleep quality.
